ABOUT M.E.D. HOME INSPECTION

M.E.D. Home Inspection is a locally owned and operated company not a franchise serving Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties. We offer dependable, thorough and timely inspections in an attempt to accommodate everyone’s busy schedule. We also provide a variety of other services including Pa-Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) certified Radon Testing (PA-DEP Certification #2188). We are a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI #2070504). As a certified home inspector we have met and exceeded Pennsylvania State requirements and the City of Philadelphia’s new regulations governing home inspectors (Philadelphia Certification #24494), including successfully passing a National Home Inspection Certification Test, participating in continuous education and adhering to the strict NACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. M.E.D. Home Inspection Company also provides errors and omissions insurance protection.

M.E.D. Home Inspection is owned and operated by Bruce D. Lampe who has worked for his family’s construction and remodeling companies for over 26 years. Bruce has participated in and/or supervised renovation, remodeling, fire restoration and new construction projects giving him a wealth of knowledge and experience which he uses during his inspections
